An upgraded version of the Taurus, this outfitter (OF) version pairs a sturdy X-style frame made of 2 strong and lightweight 11mm 7,000 series aluminum poles and pole clip attachment for a fast and easy setup. This sturdy upgraded design also features a full-coverage fly, sturdy oversized #10 zippers, and a heavy-duty 210-denier 110T nylon oxford floor with a 1,500mm urethane coating (about twice as heavy as a standard nylon tent floor). Mesh panels in the tent’s 2 doors and roof improve ventilation and allow star gazing on clear nights. Sturdy textile tent keeps campers dry and comfortable with its durable floor and UV-resistant, urethane-coated 75-denier 185T polyester fly. Both the fly and floor also feature factory-sealed seams for maximized weatherproof performance out in the wild. The Taurus OF’s protective rainfly features weatherproof fly buckles for easy attachment and adjustment, as well as automatic guy-out points when the weather gets a little nasty. The rainfly also creates 2 roomy vestibules for protected gear storage, as well as a protected entry and exit through the tent’s doors.
