Offering a base storage of 3,661 cu. in. for gear, this pack offers up to 610 cu. in. of additional space with its height-adjustable lid. dueter’s VariSlide back length adjustment system allows hikers to change the pack’s back length from 16.5″ – 24.4″ for a perfect fit. Combining a round profile frame made of permanently elastic spring steel with an Active Comfort Fit harness system, adjustable sternum belt, and load adjustment strap, this pack distributes the load’s weight evenly for maximized stability and padded comfort. The Futura Air Trek’s unique Aircomfort back mesh creates a ventilation space between the backpack and the back, allowing the pack to sit firmly on the back and still allow warm, moist air to freely evaporate. Finally, the pack’s flexible VariFlex hip belt features ergonomic, pull-forward hip fins to help transfer weight load to the hips for a more stable, easier carry. Highly functional design features front zip access, an elasticated inner compartment for wet/sweaty clothing or hydration system (not included), a lid compartment, and separate bottom compartment with removable base.
