This high-performance, 21,000-BTU burner system helps the oven get to cooking temperatures up to 950°F in just 12 minutes. This advanced oven continually rotates its large 16″ Cordierite cooking stone over the infrared burner, heating it up to 650-750°F to give each pizza a truly balanced cook in less than 5 minutes. Low, medium, and high heat settings give you cooking control and versatility for different kinds of pizzas. Compatible with either a 20-lb propane tank or 1-lb. propane canister, the Versa 16’s motor can be powered by either the included AC adapter or 2 D batteries.
