HOKA’s newest hiking boot, the Trail Code GTX helps us tread more lightly on the trail and on the planet with its lightweight build and extensive use of recycled materials. The Trail Code is max cushioned like other HOKA hiking boots while having a more sneaker-like build than the Anacapa and using a new foam that’s both responsive and super-cushy to both hold up to hiking and keep our hiking feet content. Weighing less than two pounds per pair, this light hiker doesn’t slow us down, but it’s still stacked with premium technologies, including durable and breathable GORE-TEX waterproofing and Vibram Megagrip outsoles for premium dry and wet traction.
