Lamson® Litespeed® M Fly Reel aims for the pinnacle of fly-reel performance, achieving the highest possible retrieve rate at the lowest weight. Space frame construction ensures exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and the lightest weight in its class. The stable CNC-machined design distributes strength artfully along critical load paths, creating a reel so light you might forget it’s there until you need it. The marine version of Litespeed features a hybrid drag system, sharing some elements of the Cobalt drag – fixed spindle, large heat-wicking conical surfaces, click stop drag knob. This Lamson fly reel incorporates close tolerance composite bearings and comes equipped with a linear spring set optimized for each reel size. It holds an IPX8 waterproof rating to 100′. Litespeed M frame and spool share the same open structure as Litespeed F, with emphasis on greater stiffness and stability. Super-arbor format frame ensures ultraefficient line retrieval.
