From the approach to the gear up to the retreat, the Mountain Hardwear Crag Wagon 60L Backpack is designed for optimal convenience throughout all three stages. The contoured frame and padded harness system keep our load stable and the carry comfy on the way in. When at the wall, the front U-zip lets us access our gear without having to blindly dig, and when we’re packing up, we close up the front, stand this pack on its flat base to quickly slide our gear in and cinch the top closed. On our scramble out, the coated material and storm flap keep our gear protected from the rain we were hoping to outrun.
