The Shimano® Teramar® WC Conventional Rod is made primarily for West Coast anglers, to provide the increased casting distance needed for fishing heavy jigs, plus the extra lifting power to conquer even the strongest of game fish. The WC series utilizes TC4 blank construction, a double-layer core of dynamic fibers wrapped with inner and outer spirals of high-modulus graphite. The result is a nearly indestructible, yet crisp and lightweight rod blank. Fitted with lightweight SeaGuide guides for enhanced durability and a rugged Fuji/Shimano Custom reel seat, the Teramar WC gives you a superbly balanced rod for taking everything from calicoes and yellowtail to heavy-shouldered tuna.
