Description
The ZXi4, Srixon’s game-improvement iron, features a hollow-body construction and the widest sole, the longest blade length, and the most offset in the ZXi family for maximum forgiveness. Yet, unlike the vast majority of irons offering distance and forgiveness of this magnitude, the ZXi4 is surprisingly compact, resembling a player’s distance iron at address. Additionally, Srixon’s new i-FORGED construction provides the type of feel typically reserved for a one-piece forged iron. Srixon utilizes artificial intelligence to strategically mill a network of grooves, channels, and cavities into the back of the ZXi4’s face. This variable thickness pattern, called MainFrame, vastly improves COR and forgiveness by maximizing the face’s capacity to flex, resulting in explosive ball speed on center strikes and preserved speed on mishits. As an added benefit, removing mass from the face bolsters the cavity back’s perimeter-weighted design, yielding additional MOI and stability. Stock shaft offerings include KBS’ TOUR LITE and TGI TOUR, and UST’s recoil DART, while the grip is Golf Pride’s Tour Velvet 360.
