Utilizing aerodynamic forces to maintain proper club head positioning during the downswing, ActivWing guides the face into an optimal striking position, stabilizing the club head to deliver consistent sweet spot contact with more striking power. XXIO’s testing found ActivWing was responsible for an 11% tighter face angle variance and dispersion at impact. As with all XXIO offerings, a high, easy launch and maximized carry distances are paramount, and the 13 achieves these characteristics through a thinner, lighter, weight-saving crown. The newly freed weight is repositioned near the sole, lowering the center of gravity to produce the aforementioned launch conditions.
