Description

The new Yeti SB160 is a race-bred enduro machine just begging to carry us to the top of the podium. With 160mm of Switch Infinity rear travel, this rig has one goal. Get down as fast as possible. 160mm of Switch Infinity rear travel eats up big hits while still letting us pedal up to the top efficiently, while the refined C/Series carbon layup strikes a balance between impressive weight savings and exceptional durability. Yeti’s engineers added size-specific chain stays and seat tube angles to create a consistent ride feel across the entire size range, while the 64-degree headtube angle and big 29in wheels give us precision handling and stability at speed so we can send it with confidence. The Yeti SB160 C1 SLX build is smartly spec’d with reliable components that will stand up to the abuse of enduro racing and bike park laps while not breaking the bank when it comes time for replacement parts. The time-tested 12-speed Shimano SLX drivetrain gives us reliable, smooth shifting and plenty of gear range when we need to tackle a climb. Plus an upgraded XT-level shifter lets us get into the right gear as quickly as possible when features and climbs sneak up on us. A pair of ultra-durable 29-inch DT Swiss E1900 rims are laced up to DT Swiss 370 hubs to keep us rolling over just about anything we might come across out on the trail. Yeti’s engineers also designed the SB160 to accept a long dropper post on every size so we can get our saddle fully out of the way when things get technical. Whether we sending flow trails at the bike park or searching for our next podium spot, the new Yeti SB160 C1 SLX mountain bike is ready to take us to new heights. *Due to a high demand in the global supply chain and bike industry since the start of the pandemic, material weight and exact components are subject to change.
